How call-hours work

The copilot is priced per seat, with a generous allowance of live call time in every seat.

Time on a call with the copilot running. A half-hour call uses half a call-hour; preparing before it and the notes after it use none.
25 a monthincluded with every seat
Pro includes 25 call-hours a month, and so does every Team and Business seat. That's about 50 half-hour calls.
$1.50 an hourafter that
Each call-hour past 25 in a month is $1.50, on the same bill. A heavy month costs a little more, not a new plan.

What is a call-hour, and what if I go over?
A call-hour is an hour of live call with the copilot running, so a half-hour call uses half of one. Every seat includes 25 call-hours a month, about 50 half-hour calls. Past that, each extra call-hour is $1.50, added to the same bill. Preparing for a call and the notes afterwards don't count.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one person who runs the copilot on their own calls. The people on the other end of the call don't need one. Pro is for one person, Team starts at 3 seats and Business at 5.
Do the people on the call know it's being transcribed?
They should, and the copilot is built for that. It comes with a transcription notice set up for the strictest rules where you and your clients are, and we recommend using it on every call: some places require everyone's consent. It transcribes the call audio as it happens; your microphone is never opened.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month to month with no contract: cancel and you aren't billed for the next month. A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. Setup fees are one-time.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for the year up front and get about two months free. On Meeting Copilot, Pro is $39 a seat a month instead of $49, Team $74 instead of $89, and Team's guided launch is free. On Adeptic Assistant, a year costs the same as ten months and setup is half price.
What does setup pay for?
On Adeptic Assistant, we build it for you: we read your site, draft the questions and the playbook, connect it to your tools and test it before you approve it. On Meeting Copilot, Pro has no setup fee. Team's guided launch is optional: your playbooks loaded and your team trained. Business includes onboarding for every rep.
