Every conversation opens by saying the visitor is talking to an AI. Transcripts and the contact details a visitor chooses to give are kept for up to 180 days, and used only to answer them and pass the enquiry to the business. The model is provided by Anthropic, storage by Upstash, email by Resend and hosting by Vercel.

Will it make things up?
It answers from your own website and the facts you give it, and it is told to say it is not sure rather than guess. It never quotes a price you have not given it. When a question is beyond it, it takes the visitor's details and passes them to you.
Will my customers know it is an AI?
Yes. Its first message says so plainly, every time. It is the honest way to run it, and it works better: people forgive software for being software, not for pretending to be a person.
Does it work with my website?
If your site lets you add a code snippet or an embed block, it almost certainly works, and that covers WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and GoDaddy on most plans. If it does not, the hosted link works anywhere you can paste a link.
How do I get the leads?
By email, with the visitor's answers and the conversation attached, or by a webhook into the tools you already use. When someone asks for a person, you get a link to reply live.
What does it cost?

Can I turn it off?
